Olympic Weightlifting for Strongman (Workshop)

This workshop is the perfect opportunity to learn the basics of Olympic Weightlifting and how to apply the skill set to Strongman events like log, axle, dumbbell and stones.

This session is brought to you by two competitive Strongman athletes with backgrounds in competitive Olympic Weightlifting, but most importantly - significant coaching experience of both.

The workshop is hands on. Come prepared to work hard and learn new things.

After the workshop, and included in your entry fee, you gain access to a 6 week bolt-on programme to accompany your existing training. All at low percentage work, this will give you opportunity to apply what you’ve learnt without negatively impacting your existing training.

Want to have some 1:1 time? All participants can e-mail to request a reduced rate 1 hour session with either coach.

Both Frankii & Rich are confident coaches and all movements can be adapted, so if between ticket purchase and the day of the event you have an injury - just let us know and we’ll adapt your session accordingly.

  • If you lift overhead while training Strongman - yes. All athletes (Novice, Weight Class and Opens) can benefit.

  • Your hands-on workshop, a 6 week bolt-on programme to compliment your existing training without compromise and a reduced rate 1:1.

  • No food will be provided but we are centrally located with easy access to: Tesco, Burger King, Costa, McDonalds, KFC & Greggs.
