York’s Strongest Man and Woman 2026, presented by Dominus Fitness Limited, is York’s annual strongman showcase, bringing together the city’s strongest men and women for a full day of elite strength sport.

Taking place on 22nd March 2026 at Dominus Strength and Conditioning, York, athletes will battle through the following iconic strongman events:

- Husafel & Bag Throw Medley

- Farmer's Carry

- Atlas Stone Run
